There's no shortage of information about building a family. What's harder to find is space to figure out what you actually want, and unbiased support to help you get there.
Whether you're weighing IVF, donors, surrogacy, or a path you haven't named yet, or getting ready to welcome a baby your carrier is pregnant with, this is a place to say what you really think and make choices that fit your life. All while you keep showing up at work and for the people around you.
WHO I WORK WITH
You're used to making big decisions with a lot of data. Building your family doesn't work that way. Everyone has an opinion, every option opens up ten more questions, and the more you research, the harder it gets to hear yourself.
Maybe you're doing this with a partner. Maybe you're doing it on your own. Maybe you've already decided and you're getting ready for the day you become a parent, wondering what changes and what stays yours.
You don't need another expert telling you what to do. You need a clear head and someone in your corner.
WHAT WE WORK ON
Exploring your options before you commit to one
Getting clear on what matters most to you, separate from what everyone else thinks
Making decisions when there's no obvious right answer
Handling the in-between: waiting, setbacks, and good news you're not ready to share yet
Preparing for parenthood, especially if your child is arriving through surrogacy
Figuring out how work and your already very full life fits into the one you're growing
HOW I WORK
I don't have a stake in which path you choose. You can say the unfiltered version here.
I ask questions that help you hear what you already know. Sometimes that's the thing you haven't said out loud yet.
Everything stays between us. No groups, no posting, no performing.
Sessions are practical. You leave with more clarity and a next step, even when the bigger picture is still unfolding.
About
Certified through Co-Active and trained through the Hudson Institute's LifeForward program, Maya's approach is warm, grounded, and direct. She meets clients where they are and helps them make decisions they can stand behind.
In 2022, before welcoming her son, Maya worked with a coach to define the new world she was stepping into and figure out what she wanted to carry forward from the old. That work changed everything, and it's a big part of why she does this work now.
Today she works one-on-one with intended parents and has coached more than 400 of them around the world, including many LGBTQ+ individuals and couples. Before coaching full-time, she spent over a decade running production and operations at global agencies, then joined a consulting firm helping companies become better places to work through training and coaching. She knows what it's like to carry something big and still show up at work.
Maya lives in NYC with her young son and husband. You'll often find her outdoors, playing tennis, skiing or hopping between playgrounds.
